Did you know that Friends of Tulare animal shelter does everything it can to prevent our dogs from being euthanized? Its true! We work very hard with rescues in Oregon, Arizona, Washington, Idaho and other parts of California to network our dogs out to ensure they are safe. Here are some past dogs that have been rescued by some of our rescue partners!
